Worked pretty much straight through the weekend. I was hoping to have them finished tonight, but it was not possible. The bottleneck is the set time on the adhesive. The baffles were attached yesterday – epoxy was fully cured 24 hours later (5PM today), and tomorrow evening the epoxy used to installed the rings will be cured.
Aluminum abraided with 60 grit paper.
I was about to cover up my cheat notes (+/-) with some of the remaining sonic barrier. I took the picture in case it was easier than referring back to the diagram. For some reason I decided to take a picture of both, and I noticed that they were not the same! Glad I did - I'll be double checking all the wiring before I hook them up (tomorrow).
