Seam Solution

This is how I will be handling the seams of the fabric.
I will rabbet the back edge of the sides and top.  The fabric will be applied in a single sheet on the sides and top.  The fabric will folder over the rabbeted edge.
The the back will have a single piece of fabric.  Then a frame of 1/8″ thick steel angle will be welded to fit inside the rabbeted edge.  This will cover the seam of the fabric.  The rabbeting allows the metal to be flush with the sides and the top.  The width of the metal will closely mimic the thickness of the granite on the front baffle.
